Eastern Standard

Elevated Patio Dining in Boston’s Iconic Fenway Neighborhood

A Flexible Outdoor Experience in the Heart of Fenway

Located at 775 Beacon Street in Boston’s vibrant Fenway/Kenmore district, Eastern Standard is a celebrated brasserie known for its refined American cuisine, elegant atmosphere, and deep connection to the neighborhood’s culture and community.

To expand their guest experience beyond the dining room, Eastern Standard partnered with StruXure and Boston Pergolas to create a dynamic three-season patio environment that blends the indoors and outdoors seamlessly.

At the heart of the new space is a custom motorized louvered pergola—engineered to adapt instantly to changing weather. On warm days, the roof opens wide for fresh-air dining and natural light. With the push of a button, the louvers close to provide shelter from rain, wind, or even snow, creating a space that’s always ready—rain or shine.

This versatile setup allows guests to enjoy sunny brunches, cozy dinners, and late-night cocktails under a protected canopy—while still feeling connected to the energy of the Fenway streetscape. It’s a perfect example of how smart outdoor design can enhance ambiance, extend the season, and elevate the entire dining experience.
